风城油田SAGD开发循环预热阶段除油沉降罐的工艺设计

         

摘要

2012年,风城油田进入SAGD大规模工业化开发阶段,但SAGD循环预热阶段采出液集输和处理难度凸显出来,携汽量、油水乳化程度等远超预测指标,给现有的处理系统带来很大的冲击,常规除油沉降罐不能满足工艺要求.针对SAGD循环预热阶段的特殊工况,从采出水水质等基础物性方面进行了分析.运用除油沉降罐罐内液位差实现无动力脱油(即恒液位重力沉降脱水技术),对整罐及罐体内构件进行工艺设计及材质优选.沉降脱水罐利用油水密度差自动控制油水界面,形成了经济、实用、安全、高效的无动力热化学沉降脱水处理技术,解决了传统加热方式脱水因结垢和腐蚀造成的热效率低、积砂严重等难题.%As SAGD has stepped into the phase of large-scale industrialization.The difficul-ties of produced liquid in gathering and processing which exist in the Preheat phase of SAGD Loop have been highlighted, and the steam, oil and water emulsification degree status is higher than forecast indicators, resulted in forming such as great impact to existing process-ing system. Conventional oil removal sedimentation tank cannot meet the requirement of the process. In view of the SAGD crculation preheating stage, the basic physical property of the produced water is analysed.Powerless dehydration is achieved by the level difference of settlement tanks. By using "Constant liquid level gravity settling dehydration technology", the oil-water interface is controlled by the density difference of oil and water in the tank. A practical, eco-nomical,safe and efficient powerless thermo-chemical dehydration technology is formed,solving the problems of low efficiency and sand accumulation.
