Non-metallic pipelines have be used in Xinjiang Oilfield for more than 10 years, which effectually solved the problems of pipelines corrosion and scaling. But there are still some problems of pipe joints breaking, the pipe rupture, shrinkage deformation of pipeline inner liner, induced by improper design selection, non-standard constructive ac-ceptance. In view of these problems, it is necessary to formulate the design principles, the code for acceptance of constructive quality, product admission criteria of the non-metallic pipelines for Xinjiang Oil Field Company. That can standardize the application of the non-metallic pipelines in Xinjiang Oilfield ground engineering construction, and determined the apphcations and scope of the four kinds of non-metallic pipelines. It has important guiding significance for the reasonable use of non metal pipeline.%新疆油田使用非金属管道已有十多年历史,虽然非金属管道可有效缓解管道腐蚀、结垢等现象,但在实际应用中仍存在管道接头处渗漏拉断、管体破裂、管道内部内衬管收缩变形等问题.针对这些问题,根据新疆油田土质条件、输送介质特性、经济性以及在环境敏感区的安全性等,制定了不同类型的非金属管道在新疆油田的适用范围;编制了适合新疆油田具体环境和条件下的非金属管道施工质量验收规范;从生产制造、进场复检、现场应用三方面进行控制,制定非金属管道产品入场准则.通过设计选型、施工质量验收、产品入场三个方面进行规范,确定了四类非金属管道的适用条件和范围,对合理使用非金属管道具有重要的指导意义.
