长庆油田川平46-23集输管道运行工况模拟研究

         

摘要

In Changqing Oilfield Chuan Ping 46-23 gathering pipeline, using the opera-tion parameters of the pipeline, through comparative analysis to optimize a suitable flow re-gime identification model, liquid holdup rate model, pressure drop model and the model of wax deposition. To solve the above model, the variation of operating pressure, tempera-ture, liquid holdup, effective inner diameter, gas/ liquid phase flow rate, wax deposition rate and the operating time of pipeline are analyzed. The simulation results show that in 36h operation time the wax deposition rate decreases,the pressure decreases,the temperature de-creases, the apparent velocity of gas phase increases, the apparent velocity of liquid phase de-creases with the increase of pipe length (expect the first 60 m),as operation time goes on,the increase of the wax deposition rate, the decrease of the pressure, the increase of temperature, the apparent velocity of gas/liquid phase the decrease of liquid holdup rate at the same point.%根据长庆油田川平46-23集输管道的运行参数,通过对比分析优选出合适的流型划分模型、持液率模型、压降模型以及蜡沉积模型.对上述模型编程求解,并分析集输管道运行压力、温度、持液率、有效内径、气/液相表观流速、蜡沉积速率等随管道长度与运行时间的变化规律.模拟结果表明,在运行36 h内,随管道长度的增加(前60 m除外),结蜡速率减小,压力降低,温度降低,气相表观流速增大,液相表观流速减小,持液率减小;随着运行时间的增加,同一节点处的蜡沉积速率增大,压力降低,温度升高,气、液相表观流速增大,持液率减小.
