超低渗透油田地面集输工艺技术

         

摘要

It is the first choice to carry out the whole closed type transportation of the gather-ing and transportation station with the advantages of energy-saving and emission reduction during oil and gas development.In a low permeability oilfield, closed oil gas separation device and mixed transportation chain pump frequency conversion and limit protection technology were combined, so as to ensure the normal closed transportation from wellhead to pressure boost devices and from multiphase pumps to other pumps.162.84 million yuan was saved from the beginning of optimization and simplification to dehydration devices, transfer devices and pressure boost devices to 2012 in the above oilfield;the land investment was saved add up to 750 000 yuan after gathering station optimization;the associated gas recovery increased about 10%, and each light hydrocarbon plant overcharged naphtha 24 t/d, liquefied gas 285 t/d, with an average annual increase 468 million yuan by the use of closed transportation.%集输站场进行全密闭式输送具有节能减排的优点,是油气开发过程中首选的技术。在某低渗透油田,将油气密闭分离装置和混输泵连锁变频以及超限保护技术进行紧密的结合,从而保证井口到增压点以及增压点外输油气混输泵到泵密闭输送。对某油田的脱水点、接转站、增压点进行优化简化后,到2012年,累计节约资金16284万元;集输站场优化后,节省的土地投资为75万元;密闭输送后伴生气的回收增加了10%左右,每一个轻烃厂单日多收轻油24 t,液化气285 t,年均效益增加46800万元。
