输油管道梁式直跨段弯管处应力的数值计算

         

摘要

Because of the complex terrain in the construction of long- distance buried pipe-line, the bends are widely used in pipeline systems. Due to special conditions of environ-ment, bends in the piping system are often the section of concentration of stress. In certain conditions, plastic deformation occurs at the bending, which poses a potential threat to the safe operation of pipelines. Through the application of software of finite element analysis, stress at a particular point (bending) of buried pipeline were numerically calculated and ana-lyzed. Conclude that the installation of the cross section of the pipe bending angle should be 30°~60° , and the angle range, can satisfy the stress required to pipeline, can also reduce overhead section stress changes. With the increase of channel length of soil, the influence range of soil subsidence become larger. When bend angle defined, curvature radius increas-es, the section under stress range get larger, but the pipe bending under stress will be re-duced accordingly.%在长输埋地管道施工过程中,由于地形复杂多变,弯管被广泛应用于管路系统,但是在特殊的环境条件下,弯管往往是管路系统中应力集中的部位,在一定的条件下会引起塑性变形,给管道的安全运行带来隐患。应用有限元分析软件,对埋地输油管道的特殊点处(弯管)的应力进行了数值计算与分析。结果表明:跨越段弯管的安装角度应为30°~60°,在此角度范围时,既可以满足管线所需的应力要求,也能够缩小架空段的应力变化;随着河道土体长度增加,土体沉降作用的影响范围变大;当弯管角度一定,曲率半径增加时,管段所承受的应力范围会变大,但弯管处所承受的应力会相应减小。
