高矿化度产出水微生物复合水处理技术试验

         

摘要

In order to explore the adaptability of microbial treatment technology in the oil-field produced water with high iron and high salinity, significantly reduce the sludge output, and relieve the environmental stress, Zhongyuan Oilfield carried out the microbial treatment experiment in Qiaokou wastewater treatment station. First, the Sewage water flows into the integrated iron remover to removal of iron ions, and then flows into the microbial treatment system. In the microbial treatment system, the special microbes obtained by screened and cultured degrade crude oil and organic matter in the wastewater.After sedimentation,filtra-tion, and deoxidization, the effluent was transported outside finally. The experiment result shows the effluent quality reaches the level A2 standard, the sludge output reduced by 76.1%and the direct treatment cost reduced by 0.28 RMB/m3 compared with the original process.%为探索微生物水处理技术在高含铁、高矿化度油田产出水的适应性,大幅减少油田产出水处理的污泥产出量,缓解环保压力,中原油田在桥口污水处理站开展了微生物复合水处理试验。该试验主要工艺为:污水站来水先进入一体化除铁装置除去铁离子,出水进入微生物处理系统,经筛选培养的特种微生物分解污水中的原油及有机物,最后经过沉降、过滤、除氧后外输。试验表明,出水水质达到A2级标准,污泥产出量比原工艺降低了76.1%,水处理成本降低了0.28元/立方米。
