The traditional process has can not meet the requirement of the oil depot new oily wastewater discharge standard.It need to adopt the new technology for wastewater treatment. After comparison analysis, we determine use electro-catalytic oxidation & MBR process for high concentration of oily wastewater treatment. Considering the convenience of equipment adaptability,equipment integration is divided into two modules.According to the capacity of 1 m3/h for related equipment configuration, Through debugging found the main parameters need to control and the optimum parameter values,the effluent of the treated water can meet“Guangdong Province standard water pollutant discharge limits (DB44/26-2001)”.%传统“老三套”工艺已不能满足油库含油污水新的排放标准要求，需要采用新型工艺进行污水处理，经过分析比选，确定采用电催化氧化+MBR组合工艺进行高浓度含油污水处理。依据1 m3/h的处理量进行相关设备的配置，考虑到设备的便利性，将设备集成为2个模块。通过设备调试得出组合工艺的最佳参数值。电催化氧化+MBR组合工艺能够满足高浓度含油污水处理要求，处理后的污水可达到《广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值（DB44/26—2001）》一级标准要求。
