污水处理厂水解酸化池优化运行研究

         

摘要

为降低大庆中区污水处理厂水解酸化池出水SS值,研究泥水界位、来水水质与水力负荷以及污泥浓度对出水的影响。结果表明,来水水质变化对出水影响不大,改变水力负荷对COD去除率影响不大,而对SS去除率影响较大;控制水解酸化池中泥水界面为2~3 m,采用中位排泥方式可降低工艺运行过程中水解酸化池出水的SS值,以达到SS浓度不超过90 mg/L的出水要求。%In order to reduce the effluent SS levels of hydrolysis acidification tank in the Daqing central district sewage treatment plant, the influence of the mud-water interface, income water quality, hydraulic loading and sludge concentration on the effluent water was studied.The results show that change of incoming water quality has little effect on outlet wa-ter. Change of the hydraulic load has little effect on the removal rate of COD, but has a great impact on the removal rate of SS.Control the mud-water interface of hydrolysis acidi-fication tank in 2~3 m and use middle sludge-removal method can reduce the effluent SS lev-els of hydrolysis acidification in order to meet the SS requirements of 90 mg/L in effluent.
