海拉尔油田贝28作业区注水系统腐蚀分析及缓蚀剂研究

         

摘要

从管道腐蚀、水质特征情况来分析贝28作业区注水系统腐蚀的影响因素,有针对性地开展采用化学药剂降低系统腐蚀的研究。对于氯离子和溶解氧含量高的清水系统,研究缓蚀组分和除氧组分对介质腐蚀性的降低程度,并考察其复配效果;对于硫化物、硫酸盐还原菌含量高的污水系统,研究缓蚀组分和杀菌组分对介质腐蚀性的降低程度,并考察其复配效果。通过化学药剂筛选评价,得出如下结论:清水系统采用除氧型缓蚀剂CI-1007防腐效果最佳,腐蚀速率最低降到0.0003 mm/a,溶解氧含量为0.018 mg/L;污水系统采用杀菌型缓蚀剂CI-1008防腐效果最佳,缓蚀率最高达到88.49%。%The influence factors of corrosion were analyzed according to the pipeline corro-sion and water qualities and the researches were carried out to reduce the corrosion by chemi-cals for water injection system in bei-28 operation area. For the fresh water system with high content chlorine ion and dissolved oxygen, inhibitive components and deoxygenation com-ponents were studied to decrease the corrosion effects respectively and the complex effects. For the sewage system with high content sulfide and sulfate-reducing bacteria, inhibitive components and bactericidal components were studied to decrease the corrosion effects respec-tively , and the complex effects. We got the conclusion as follows:Oxygen corrosion in-hibitor CI-1007 is utilized for fresh water system, and the corrosion rate is 0.000 3 mm/a and the oxygen content is 0.018 mg/L at the lowest. Bacteria corrosion inhibitor CI-1008 is applied to sewage system,and the inhibition rate is 88.49% at the most.
