基于次声波的输气管道泄漏监测系统

         

摘要

为了有效地监测输气管道泄漏情况,设计了一套基于次声波的输气管道泄漏监测系统。该系统利用次声波检测探测距离远、定位精度高的优势,采用惯性授时技术、PID滤波调整控制技术和自适应检测技术,提高了监测的准确性、灵敏度和信噪比。在每个站场安装2个次声传感器实现方向性消噪功能,排除站内工艺操作影响。现场试验表明,系统单站监测距离可达到52000 m,泄漏率为0.004%输量/8 MPa,泄漏点定位误差≤20 m;漏报率为零,全系统反应时间≤120 s,满足输气管道的安全运行要求。%In order to effectively monitor the leakage of gas pipeline, a leak detection sys-tem based on infrasonic wave is designed. Using the detection distance, the advantage of high precision positioning,inertial timing technology,filtering PID adjustment control tech-nology and adaptive detection technology, improves the system accuracy, sensitivity and the signal-to-noise ratio. At each station installed two infrasound sensor achieve directional de-noising function, exclude the influence of process operation station. Field experiment show that system performance can be achieved single station monitoring distance: 52 000 m, leak-age rate: 0.004% transmission quantity/ 8 MPa;leak point positioning error:is equal to or less than 20 m;rate of missing report:zero. system reflect time: less than or equal to 120 s, meet the requirement of gas pipeline transfer safety operation.
