高含H2S凝液碱洗废水生物脱硫技术实验

         

摘要

为寻求更经济、安全的碱洗废水处理方法,开展了凝液碱洗废水生物处理技术研究。通过对4种高效无色硫细菌进行对比,优选出高效硫杆菌,并考察其在不同废水稀释倍数、DO (溶解氧)质量浓度、pH值和温度条件下的活性,得出硫杆菌的最佳活性条件。实验表明,高效硫杆菌具有很强的耐盐和硫化物转化能力,在废水稀释5倍,DO质量浓度为2~6 mg/L,pH值为6.5~8.5,温度为25~35℃条件下,细菌活性较高,CODCr去除率大于90%,硫化物去除率达到99.5%以上。%In order to seek more economic and security alkali washing water treatment methods, the biological desulfurization technology was taken into account. High effective sulfur bacterium was selected from 4 highly efficient colorless sulfur bacteria. The bacteria's optimal active condition was obtained by inspecting the high effective sulfur bacterium's activi-ty in different dilution ratio of waste water, DO (dissolved oxygen) mass concentration, pH value and temperature. Experiments showed that high sulfur bacteria have a strong salt toler-ance and sulfide conversion ability, the CODCr removal rate is more than 90% , and sulfide removal rate can reach more than 99.5% in the condition of wastewater is diluted to 5 times, the dissolved oxygen concentration is between 2 mg/L and 6 mg/L, pH value is 8.5, tem-perature is between 25 and 35℃.
