天然气长输管道隧道激光泄漏监测系统

         

摘要

Laser leak detection system has advantages of simple structure, long detection distance,and low power consumption,is an effective way of combustible gas leakage detec-tion for natural gas transmission pipeline through the large mountain tunnel. The system is based on tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, using a tunable laser as light source, using the measured gas to be measured on the absorption of in-frared light to realize real-time detection of gas concentration.According to the specific form of large tunnel, selecting different ways of system building, form a complete set of wind/light complementary power generation device, communication network, superior manage-ment system that can realize the centralized monitoring and alarm for leakage and has function of data,provide basic data for pipeline comprehensive analysis.%激光泄漏监测系统具有结构简单、检测距离长、功耗低等优点,是天然气长输管道大型山体穿越隧道中一种有效的可燃气体泄漏检测方式。该系统基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术,采用可调谐激光器作为光源,利用被测气体对红外光线的吸收作用实现对被测气体浓度的实时检测。结合大型隧道的具体形式,选取不同的系统构建方式,配套风/光互补发电装置、通信网络、上位管理系统可实现对泄漏进行集中监控和报警,并具备数据发布功能,为管道综合分析提供基础数据。
