油田注汽锅炉集中监控系统建设与应用

         

摘要

注汽是稠油生产的生命线,油田注汽锅炉的安全平稳运行对稠油油田的正常生产具有重要意义。目前稠油注汽采用人工方式区域值守,逐站、逐点轮流巡检,劳动强度大,运行管理难度大,安全风险高。结合油田生产现状,采用三层架构设计,应用异构控制器集成接入技术,统一接入协议与驱动程序,建立了注汽锅炉集中监控系统。系统投用后,能够实现注汽锅炉运行状况远程监控,关键参数实时预警报警,运行报表自动生成,大幅减轻了一线锅炉管理人员劳动强度,降低了安全风险,保障了注汽系统平稳高效运行,经济和社会效益显著,具有一定的应用前景。%Steam injection is the lifeline of heavy oil production, the safe and stable motion of steam injection boiler is the most important meaning to the normal production of heavy oil field. At present, the heavy oil steam injection using artificial way by the station, by the point, which makes high labor intensity, difficult motion manage and high security risk. This article combined oil field production current situation, using architecture of three lay-ers, applied heterogeneous controller integration technology, unified insert agreement and driver, built centralized monitoring system for the steam injection boiler. After the system to be used, realized the remote monitoring of steam injection boiler operation conditions, key parameters real-time warning alarm, run reports automatically generated, reduced boiler management labor intensity greatly, reduced security risk, guarantee steam injection system run smoothly and efficiently, which make remarkable econometric and social benefit, and has application prospect.
