SZ36-1油田采用电催化氧化臭氧协同+超滤系统工艺进行含聚污水的深度处理,通过合理布局将设备集成为由电催化氧化臭氧协同系统和超滤系统构成的两个橇块,并调试确定出设备的最佳控制参数范围。处理后污水含油浓度1.07~1.31 mg/L、COD35~43 mg/L、BOD1.06~8.1 mg/L、总磷0.01 mg/L、总氮2.01~3.73 mg/L,满足《辽宁省污水综合排放标准(DB 21/1627—2008)》一级排放标准。%A treatment plant of SZ36-1 Oilfield use electro-catalytic oxidation ozone syn-ergies ultrafiltration combination technique for wastewater containing polymer advanced treat-ment.Through rational distribution,electro-catalytic oxidation ozone synergies and ultrafil-tration systems constitute two skids, and the best parameters of the equipment was found through debugging.The content of wastewater after treatment is:oil 1.07~1.31,COD35~43 mg/L,BOD1.06~8.1 mg/L,TP0.01 mg/L,TN2.01~3.73 mg/L,which can meet Class A standard of《Liaoning Province wastewater discharge standards (DB 21/1627—2008)》.
