为保证蒸发结晶装置投产顺利，考虑到投产时间的紧迫性、试运投入的经济性、结晶排盐的快捷性等因素，通过分析装置工艺流程特点，有针对性地制定了析盐试运方案并实施。试运结果表明：试运方案切实可行，试运调试流程可靠，达到了析盐试运预期要求。试运中需重点关注并适时调试各效蒸发室液位及压力、各效料液及二次蒸汽温度、各效平衡桶液位、闪发桶液位等工艺参数，并明确合理的料液取样操作方法及排盐操作要求。%To ensure that multi-effect evaporation and crystallization device goes into oper-ation successfully, with the time urgency of going into production, commissioning expends and salt precipitation speed considered,a reasonable salt precipitation proposal was established. Then commissioning of the device was carried out. The results showed that, the commis-sioning proposal was practical and effective which meet the requirement of salt precipitation. Adjustment method proposed have guiding significance for device operation, technological parameters such as liquid level of each evaporation chamber and pressure, liquid and second-ary steam temperature, the liquid level of each balancing barrel and the liquid level of flash barrel. etc are keys to ensure the device being in stable operational status;both sampling method and salt discharge requirement were clearly summarized.
