局势动荡地区高凝原油输送工艺技术研究

         

摘要

为了保障高凝原油管道的安全输送,一般采用保温加热输送、集肤效应输送、油品改性输送三种输送方式。对于地处动乱地区管道,传统单一的输送方式并不能满足高凝原油管道安全输送的要求,结合保温加热输送和集肤效应输送的优点,提出保温加热输送和集肤效应输送相结合的混合输送工艺。以阿尔伯特湖原油外输管道为例,长输管道动力驱动方式包括外电驱动、天然气发电驱动和原油(或柴油)发动机驱动,热源有天然气、原油或柴油加热炉。该管道所经地区对环保要求比较高,如果采用管内所输原油作为动力源和热源,存在着无法获取当地政府批准的风险,因此选择柴油驱动是相对可行的方案。%In order to ensure the safety of high pour-point oil pipeline transportation, transportation process generally uses heat insulation transportation, skin effect transportation and oil modified transportation. For pipe is located in turbulent areas, the traditional single mode does not meet the requirements of high pour-point oil pipeline safety transportation, combined with the advantages of heat insulation transportation and skin effect transportation, provided a mixed transmission process which is the combination of heat insulation transporta-tion and skin effect transportation. Take crude oil transmission pipeline of Lake Albert as an example,the driving way of long- distance pipeline contains external electric driven,natural gas power generation driven, crude oil or diesel engine driven. Heat source includes natural gas, crude oil or diesel oil heating furnace. The pipeline by the area should has higher envi-ronmental requirement, if use the crude oil in the pipeline as a source of power and heat source, maybe cannot get the approval of the local government, so choose diesel is relatively feasible scheme.
