无边界气体管道泄漏数值模拟研究

         

摘要

根据无边界气体管道模型的数值模拟分析气体冲击射流时的喷流现象,为管道泄漏检测实验研究提供数值分析的依据。通过改变泄漏孔径和泄漏压力,分别进行流场和声场的变化情况分析。运用Fluent软件对泄漏流场进行数值分析,由速度分布云图和最大速度曲线图可得出在压力改变的情况下,速度变化较大。在剖析流场模拟的基础上,运用Matlab软件对泄漏声场进行数值分析,由泄漏噪声声强与流场参数的关系可得出在压力改变的情况下,声强变化较大。%Based on the numerical simulation of the non boundary gas pipeline model, the jet flow phenomenon of gas impact jet is analyzed, and the base of numerical analysis is pro-vided for the experimental study of pipeline leakage detection. The change of flow field and sound field were analyzed by controlling the two kinds of conditions, such as the change of the leakage aperture and the leakage pressure. Numerical analysis of leakage flow field using fluent software. By means of velocity distribution and maximum velocity curve, it can be concluded that the speed change is larger when the pressure changes. Based on the analysis of the flow field simulation, the numerical analysis of the leakage sound field is carried out by using matlab software. Through the relationship between leakage noise sound intensity and flow field parameters, it can be concluded that in the case of pressure change, the intensity of the sound field is larger.
