In accordance with the practice of on using waterflood motors, high in work voltage, difficult in starting-stopping for their large capacity. The soft starting controler to waterflood motor is developed. After using the controler, the starting electric current of the motor can be greatly decreased, the safety coefficient of motor operation increased and the service life of motor prolonged.
