基于个体优势分析的领军人才评判方法

         

摘要

Leader talents play an important role in social organization, therefore, leader talents evaluation is meaningful for social organization development. Based on the definition of leader talents, this paper follows the thought of match better conforming to the rules, and puts forward a leader talent evaluation method based on individual advantages analysis. It can provide technical support for social organization to select leading talents . The proposed method is objective, and also it pays attention to group identity based on the same advantage structure. It demonstrates the method is feasible by means of the application process of the calculating example.%领军人才对社会组织具有重要作用,因此,领军人才的评判对社会组织发展具有意义.基于对领军人才概念的界定,本文遵循竞优思想,提出了基于个体优势分析的领军人才评判方法,为社会组织筛选领军人才提供技术支持.本文提出的方法具有客观性,并兼顾了社会组织中个体对领军人才的认同和共性优势结构下群体的认定;文章还通过算例演示了方法的运用过程,表明了方法的可行性.
