神经递质与代谢物混合物的太赫兹波谱的识别与量化

         

摘要

针对神经细胞中常见的三种神经递质(γ-氨基丁酸,L-谷氨酸,盐酸多巴胺)以及两种代谢产物(肌酸,肌醇),运用太赫兹时域光谱系统(THz-TDS)对上述物质各自的纯品进行了特征谱线测量.测量结果表明,这五种物质在远红外波段具有明显且独特的吸收谱线,而同一种物质不同浓度的吸收系数符合朗伯-比尔定律.此外,从这五种物质中任取几种进行不同比例的混合,并对混合物的谱线进行了测量,通过最小二乘法等算法倒推,可以对每一种物质的含量及比例进行准确推定.结果表明,物质含量推定的准确率,两种物质混合时为97%以上,三种物质混合时为95%以上,四种物质混合时为94%以上.这一结果对于癌细胞的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义.%We investigated the spectrum of three neurotransmitters (L-glutamic acid,GABA,and dopamine hydrochloride) and two metabolites (myo-inositol and creatine) by terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS).The results illustrated that these five materials have obvious and unique absorption spectrum in far-infrared region.For the same material,absorbance coefficient of different concentration agrees with Lambert-Beer Law.Furthermore,we selected several pure materials to test the spectra of the mixtures with different mixture ratios.By using the least square method,we deduced the proportion and percentage of each substance exactly.The corresponding results show that 97%,95% and 94% accuracy rate can be achieved for two substances mixture,three substances mixture and four substances mixture,respectively.These results have important significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer tissues.
