In order to completely and effectively study saturated and unsaturated optical stopping effect and application,a new B270-As2 S8 composite waveguide effectively used in optical stopping is designed.The input and output of the composite waveguide single-mode strip waveguide are integrated at the same base.3-D beam propagation method (BPM)simulation shows that the transverse coupling efficiency can reach 94.53%,with insertion lossat only 0.6 dB.Most optical field of the composite waveguide transmits through the As2 S8film,which greatly benefits the optical stopping effect.%为了更加完整有效地研究As2S8薄膜波导的饱和光阻断和非饱和光阻断效应及其应用,提出并设计出了一种新型的、可有效实现光阻断效应的多模干涉型B270-As2S8复合光波导结构,该复合波导的输入端和输出端与单模条波导同基集成.利用3维光束传播方法(BPM)进行仿真运行,结果显示,该复合波导的端接耦合效率可以达到94.53%,插入损耗仅为0.6 dB.复合波导中的光场大部集中在As2S8薄膜中传输,并且具备了良好的导波传输特性,十分有利于光阻断效应的有效实施.
