For implementing more strict and scientific assessment of electronic equipment, analyze actual war inspect factors and difficulties of electronic equipment. Ideas and understandings on quality construction and actual war inspect of weapons are presented herein. Based on characters of electronic equipment and work experience, we propose basic requirements and factors of actual war inspect of electronic equipment organized by military representatives, analyze current key problems and difficulties on actual war inspect and suggest preliminary ideas. This research has a great practical value for military item developers and manufactures to understand and cooperate with military representatives and jointly control quality of military items.%为更好地对装备进行更加严格和科学的考核,对电子装备实战化检验要素及难点进行分析.阐述武器装备质量建设和开展实战化检验的思考和认识,结合电子装备的特点和工作经验,提出军代表对电子装备组织开展实战化检验的基本要求和要素,对当前开展实战化检验需要重点思考解决的问题和困难进行分析,并提出初步设想和思路.该研究对军品研制及生产单位理解和配合军方代表,共同把好军品质量关具有较为重要的实用价值.
