Aiming at the complex structure, large size, multi devices, multi operators, high cost and difficult in transportation of current group initiating device assembly line, introduce turntable transmission for initiating device assembly line. Discuss the structure and key technology of turntable transmission, turntable change traditional assembly line into single device, and realize product assembly in one device, the analysis results show that the turntable transmission can effectively resolve problems of product transmission, module recycle and turntable accurate location, and greatly reduce the production cost, labor intensity with less operators. It can be used for multi product manufacturing by replacing module and greatly improve the automatic safety and accurate flex degree of initiating device assembly.%针对现有成组式火工品装配生产线结构复杂、规模大、专机多、人员多、成本高、运输难等问题,介绍一种适用于火工品装配生产线的转台式物流.论述了转台式物流的结构和关键技术,转台将传统生产线集成为单台设备,在1台设备上完成产品装配.分析结果表明:转台式物流的应用能很好地解决产品传输、模具循环和转台精确定位的问题,同时大幅减少生产成本,降低劳动强度,减少操作人员,而且只要更换模具便可适应多品种生产,较大提高了火工品装配的自动安全精密柔性化程度.
