针对环境应力筛选(environmental stress screening，ESS)实验中筛选应力强度不足，不能达到筛选目的的问题，对某控制系统温度循环应力筛选度进行分析。定量计算第一次应力筛选度的相关数据，分析并找出第一次施加的应力不足的原因。设计并调整新的应力筛选试验方案，通过对比二次筛选的数据分析，验证了筛选方案调整的有效性。试验结果表明：该方法达到了环境应力试验方案调整的目的，为系统的故障排除、性能设计、可靠性提高提供了有效的手段。%Aiming at the adequate screening stress in environmental stress screening (ESS) test is not meet screening requirement, analyze the temperature cycling stress screening degree of certain type control system. Quantitatively calculate relative data of first stress screening degree, analyze and find out reason for adequate stress at the first tie. Design and adjust new stress screening test scheme, compared screening data analysis, validate the effectiveness of screening scheme adjustment. The test results show that the method meet the environmental stress test scheme adjustment requirements. It is used for system eliminating failure, designing performance, ameliorating techniques and improving reliability.
