In recent years, the political and economic situation of the world has undergone complex and profound adjustments. The political axis of Latin America presents a feature of "the left declines and the right rises", while the regional economy has been suffering from increasing downward pressure. Under this background, the pace of regional integration slows down. The development of the Mercosur, the Bolivarian Alliance for the People of Our America ( ALBA) and other integration organizations dominated by the Latin American left wing forces suffered setbacks. But the Pacific Alliance formed by Columbia, Peru, Chile and Mexico has been developing smoothly. Since Barack Obama took office in 2009, the United States has strengthened its intervention of Latin American affairs, which has become an important external factor af-fecting the regional integration process. In view of the close connection between the Latin American integra-tion process and the China-Latin America cooperation.The new trends of the regional integration process al-so bring new challenges to the overall relations between China and Latin America. In order to properly deal with these changes, it’s necessary to have accurate judgments on the current development trend of Latin A-merican integration and have confidence in the comprehensive and cooperative partnership between China and Latin America.%近年来，在世界政治经济形势发生复杂深刻调整的过程中，拉美政局渐趋“左退右进”，经济下行压力加大。在此背景下，拉美地区一体化进程总体放缓。拉美左翼主导的南方共同市场、美洲玻利瓦尔联盟等一体化组织发展受挫。但由哥伦比亚、秘鲁、智利和墨西哥组建的太平洋联盟却发展顺利。2009年奥巴马总统上台后，美国积极调整对拉美政策、加强对拉美地区事务的干预，也成为影响拉美一体化进程的重要外部因素。鉴于拉美一体化同中拉整体合作互为促进的关系，当前拉美一体化新动向也给中拉关系带来诸多新挑战。妥善应对形势变化，既需要对当前拉美一体化发展趋势有准确研判，也应对中拉全面合作伙伴关系抱有信心。
