竞合主义:国际关系理论的新探索

         

摘要

国际关系理论与经济学、管理学等有着相当的一致性、同步性与关联性。自亚当·斯密以来,西方经济学、管理学都主张竞争而忽视合作。类似的是,20世纪70年代以前,国际关系学者的基本共识是,国际社会的常态是霍布斯式的恶性竞争与冲突。而随着协同学等相关科学研究成果的突破,经济全球化等诸多因素推动了人们对合作的新认识。同时,主张制度合作的新自由主义、以身份认同决定合作的建构主义也对现实主义的主导地位及其安全困境发起了挑战。这是传统观念出现的第一次突破。而竞合理念则是经济学、管理学的第二次观念革命。为此,笔者借用“竞合主义”范式,对当前国际关系理论危机进行新的尝试和解读。%International relations theory is always consistent,synchronous and relevant with the theories of economics and management.Since Adam Smith,the Western economics or management has contended competition,and neglected cooperation.Similarly,before the 1970s,IR scholars'basic consensus is that the normalcy of international community is hobbesian vicious competition and conflict.With the break-through of synergetics and other related scientific research,economic globalization,and many other factors have helped the new understanding of cooperation.Meanwhile,the neoliberalism that advocated cooperation under institutions,and constructivists who decided cooperation according to the identities also challenged the dominance of realism and its security dilemma.This is the first breakthrough of the traditional concept, and the Co-opetition is the second concept revolution of economics and management science.For this rea-son,the author used Co-opetitionism paradigm to explore or interpret the current crisis in IR theories crea-tively.
