合成了具有互穿网络聚合物结构(IPN)的无溶剂的阴/非离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物(PUA),并用该树脂制备了汽车用单组分水性金属闪光漆.研究了叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E10P)和邻环己二酸-1-[1-甲基-2-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯基)氧基]乙基]酯(ACRYESTERHH)的用量、带亲水醚链的丙烯酸酯单体类型、三乙二醇单甲醚丙烯酸酯(TNA)的用量、含交联基团的丙烯酸酯单体类型对PUA性能和水性金属闪光漆性能的影响,确定了制备PUA和金属闪光漆的最佳方案.%A solvent-free anioniconionic PUA with IPN structure was synthesized,and the PUA was used to prepare a 1K waterborne metallic coating for automotive.The effects of dosage of E10P and ACACRYESTERHH as well as TNA,the type of acrylate monomer with hydrophilic ether chain,and the dosage of acrylate monomer with cross-linking group on the properties of PUA and waterborne metallic coatings thereof were investigated.Thus,the optimal solution to preparation of PUA and metallic coatings thereof was obtained.
