The effective development of CBM can not only promote the economic development,but also relieve the current environmental pollution to a certain extent. This paper mainly studies the law of occurrence of CBM from the aspects of geological conditions,hydrological conditions,burial depth and magmatism,which is of great guiding significance to direct the development of CBM.
