This paper introduce the well completion difficulty, sand control and oil production technology , the level of similar wells of clean wellbore is very important, the optimization of reservoir protection tools and reservoir protection drilling completion fluid so as to guarantee the quality of the projects, at the same time, the electric submersible pump production and management put forward higher requirements.these imple-mentation well accumulated valuable experience.
