This paper investigates the causes of high outlet temperature of reformate produced by 0.6Mt/a catalytic reformer in Qingyang Petrochemicals since start-up along with the potential safety pitfalls to tankers. A reasonable technical upgrading scheme is drawn up in view of design and operation of the unit to ensure the normal operation of the catalytic reformer and benzene extractor and reduce the energy consumption and operating costs of the unit.%介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司庆阳石化分公司60万吨/年催化重整装置自开工以来重整生成油出装置温度普遍过高的原因以及对罐区储存埋下安全隐患问题,从设计、操作方面进行分析,得出合理的技术改造,有力的保证催化重整及苯抽提装置正常运行,降低了装置能耗,节约了生产成本.
