拟薄水铝石胶溶性能的研究

         

摘要

通过对催化裂化催化剂生产过程中使用的不同厂家、不同批次拟薄水铝石的浓盐酸/拟薄水铝石(简称酸铝比,摩尔比,下同)、胶溶速率的检测,得到了酸铝比与胶溶时间、胶溶时间与黏度的关系.结果表明:当酸铝比低于0.110时,随着酸铝比的增加,胶溶时间缩短,胶溶速率加快;高于此值时,胶溶时间基本不变,胶溶速率趋于稳定;随着胶溶时间的延长,黏度不断增加,胶溶速率逐渐减缓.在工业生产中,当胶溶时间超过30 min时,可导致催化剂磨损指数上升.%Based on the detections of HCI to pseudo boehmite (hereinafter referred to as acid to aluminum,mole ratio) and peptizing rate of pseudo-boehmite from different manufactures and batches,the relationship between acid to aluminum and peptizing rate,and peptizing time and viscosity were obtained.The results showed that when the acid to aluminum was lower than 0.110,the peptizing time shortened and peptizing rate increased with the increasing of aluminum to acid.When above this value,the peptizing time and peptizing rate tended to be stable.With the extended peptizing time,the viscosity increased,but peptizing rate slowed down gradually.When the peptizing time got over 30 min,the catalyst attrition index rose in the industrial production process.
