HPO法合成羟胺Pd-Pt/C催化剂失活原因的分析及对策

         

摘要

The causes of deactivation of Pd-Pt/C catalyst used in the hydrogenation of NO-3 to produce hydroxylamine were analyzed with XPS, TEM, AA, and mercury penetration. The primary causes of catalyst deactivation are intoxication by heavy metal ion impurities and nonmetal compounds, gradual accumulation of noble metal particles and growing up of crystal grains, running off of noble metal particles, and change in the structure of the support. In industrial production, measures are taken including maintenance of stable process operation, intensification of nitrogen replacement, control of raw material quality and regular renewal of catalyst to effect stable activation of catalyst and to increase catalyst's service life.%采用X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜、原子吸收、压汞等测试手段,分析了NO-3加氢还原制羟胺Pd-Pt/C催化剂失活的原因,指出重金属离子杂质和非金属化合物的毒化、贵金属粒子的逐渐聚积及晶粒长大、贵金属的流失、载体结构的变化是造成催化剂失活的主要原因。在实际生产中通过采取稳定工艺操作、加强氮气置换、控制原料质量、定期进行催化剂再生等措施,可以稳定催化剂活性,延长催化剂使用寿命。
