The work mechanism,application conditions and methods of the technique for freeing stuck pipes using negative pressure gas lift are introduced in this paper.Its attentions are summarized according to its applications in Pan 2-Xie 171 Well.The technique is useful for future disposing adherence stuck pipe accidents.%介绍了气举负压解卡技术的原理、适用条件及方法，通过盘2-斜171井的现场实践，初步总结了应用气举负压解卡技术时应注意的事项，对今后处理粘附卡钻事故有一定的借鉴意义。
