水基纳米聚硅降压增注技术

         

摘要

Hailar Oilfield is characterized by low-permeability and water-sensitive oil reservoirs. In the course of its development, because of high water injection pressure, low water injection rate, can-not-be-allocated normally injection , and moreover the formation energy not timely and effectively made-up, the oilfield development effects are seriously influenced. In order to improve the effects of the water injection development, nanometer technology is introduced. The relative permeability of the water phase and the absorption capacity of the oil layers are all enhanced by injecting SiO2 solution with cationic groups. The laboratory test shows that the solution can change the rock wet-tability from original strong water one to medium or weak water one and moreover the best used mass concentration of the above solution should be 1 000 mg/L and the absorption time on the surface of the rocks should be more than 24 h and so forth. The technique is applied in 14 wells of the field, the water injection pressure drops 0. 7 Mpa av-eragely; the daily injection rate increases 12 m3 under the condition of average water injection pressure. In a word, much better effects are obtained.%海拉尔油田属于低渗透水敏油藏,开发中注水压力高、注水量低、不能正常配注,地层能量没有得到及时有效补充,严重影响了油田开发效果.为了改善注水开发效果,引入了纳米技术,通过注入带有阳离子基团的SiO2溶液提高水相相对渗透率和油层吸水能力.室内实验证明SiO2溶液能将岩石的润湿性由原来的强水湿变为中间湿或弱水湿,并给出了SiO2溶液最佳使用质量浓度为1 000 mg/L、与岩石表面吸附时间必须在24h以上等结果.现场应用14口井,平均注水压力下降0.7 MPa,日增注12 m3,取得了较好效果.
