聚合物驱前缘运动特征分析

         

摘要

聚合物驱前缘运动特征研究对聚合物驱机理分析、过程评价和优化具有十分重要的意义.从驱替过程中含水饱和度和聚合物质量浓度物质守恒方程出发,运用特征线法解析了一维聚合物驱前缘运动特征.研究表明聚合物驱替过程中存在水驱前缘和聚合物质量浓度前缘,前缘速度的大小决定了前缘突破的先后顺序,驱替过程也表现出不同的动态特征.根据前缘突破时间、含水率及采出聚合物质量浓度变化规律,将聚合物驱分为早期聚合物驱、中期聚合物驱和晚期聚合物驱3种类型.早期和中期聚合物驱聚合物质量浓度前缘落后于水驱前缘,而晚期聚合物驱不存在水驱前缘;早期聚合物驱含水率曲线不会出现“下凹”现象,而中期和晚期聚合物驱则会出现.%It is of importance to analyze the mechanisms of polymer flooding, evaluate and optimize the displacement process for the study of the front movement characteristics of the polymer flooding. Proceeding from the material balance equation of the water saturation and polymer' s mass concentration in the flooding course, the features of the front movement of one-dimension polymer flooding are analyzed with the help of the method of characteristics ( MOC). The study shows that there are two fronts of the water flooding and the mass concentration for the polymer flooding in the course of polymer displacement, and furthermore the velocities of the two fronts decide the order of the front breakthrough time; at the same time, the different dynamic characteristics are presented in the process. According to the changed laws of the breakthrough time, the water cut and produced mass concentration of the polymer, the polymer flooding can be divided into three types; initial, middle and later stage polymer floodings. The fronts of the two former polymer' s mass concentrations are lagged behind the water-flooding front; for the later, there is no water front. The water cut curves of the middle and later stages'floodings are characterized by "funnels" phenomena, while the polymer flooding in the initial stage is just on the contrary.
