微观可视化活性水驱油实验

         

摘要

国内外大多采用微观模型研究活性水驱油的效果和方式,从实验数据上分析活性水驱油机理,而很少利用平板玻璃微观模型对活性水驱油机理进行直观研究.平板玻璃微观模型是在2块玻璃板之间形成一个由孔隙和喉道组成的水平油藏模型,可以透过玻璃对水驱油过程进行拍照观察.选择OP-10(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、胜利石油磺酸盐和碱的质量比为10∶31∶38的复配溶液)作为驱油剂进行微观可视化活性水驱油实验,通过分析拍摄的图片确定了活性水驱油机理主要为降低油水界面张力、乳化分散、聚并形成油带及改变原油的流变性.微观可视化活性水驱油实验为三次采油驱油机理研究提供了一种实用方法.%Oil flooding effects and methods of active water are researched mostly by micro-model at home and a-broad, the flooding mechanism is always analyzed by experimental data and seldom visually studied by sheet glass micro-model. Sheet glass micro-model is horizontal oil reservoir model which is composed of two glass plates with holes and throats between them. Photos and observation of oil flooding process can be taken through the glass. Micro visualized experiment of active-water oil flooding is carried out by choosing OP-10 to be one combination solution (regarded as oil-displacing agent) (including alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, Shengli petroleum sulfonate and alkali, their mass ratio is 10: 31: 38).The main oil flooding mechanisms are determined to be the decline of oil-water interfacial tension, the emulsification and dispersal in flooding process, the oil gathered into oil zone and the changed oil rheological characteristics with the help of analyzing the taken photographs. The experiment provides a practical method for studying the mechanism of tertiary oil recovery displacement.
