层间调剖注入参数优化设计

         

摘要

针对目前层间调剖注入参数设计存在的问题,结合调剖作用机理,采用包含调剖层和非调剖层的多油层理想地质模型简化实际油层,利用最小吸水指数变异系数建立了调剖剂选择性注入量的最优化模型,可实现各小层吸水量差异程度达到最低,最大限度改善注水井吸水剖面;从注采系统的压力平衡出发,考虑低渗透层即非调剖层的启动压力梯度,建立了调剖剂选择性注入压力的最优化模型,可实现调剖过程中对低渗透层的零污染,从而更好地动用低渗透层可采储量,提高油藏波及体积.在此基础上,采用遗传算法对模型进行了数学求解,并对一个实际井组进行了调剖注入参数的优化设计,评价期1 a后,水井吸水剖面得到较大程度改善,吸水指数变异系数由0.873降低至0.561,注水压力上升并且维持在8.2 MPa左右,评价期内累积增油量达326.4 t.%An optimization model of selective injection volume of profile control agent is established herein in response to the exiting problems of injection parameter design for interlayer profile control. An ideal geological model of "multi-oil layers"containing profile control layers and non-profile control layers is applied to simplify real layers. The model is built by the method of minimum injectivity index variation coefficient, which can minimize the differential degree of formation water absorption and maximize thewater injection profile. In addition, an optimization model of selective injection pressure for profile control agent is established regarding the threshold pressure in low permeability formation. The model can achieve the zero pollution goal for low permeability layer in the profile control process, and develop the recoverable reserves preferentially. Based on this, the above-mentioned models are solved by Genetic Algorithm, and the optimal design of profile control injection parameters for an actual well group is put into practice.
