In the university physics teaching ,the momentum conservation and angular momentum is one of the problem s with confusion and error for students .In order that students might know clearly the laws and understand deeply the physcial picture and laws ,this paper discusses and analyzes in detail the laws of the two from the establishing process ,the conditions ,the applicable scope ,and the explanation of typical examples .%在大学物理教学中，动量守恒定律和角动量守恒定律是学生容易混淆和出错的问题之一。为使学生对这两个定律有清晰的认识，加深对物理图像和物理规律的理解，本文从建立过程、成立条件和使用范围以及典型习题的讲解上对这两个定律进行了详细地讨论和分析。
