矩形腔的等倾干涉原理

         

摘要

According to the theory of wave optics about optical interference,this paper con-cretely introduces and analyzes the rectangular cavity as a device of generating the equal incli-nation interference.The conditions of equal inclination interference and the distribution pat-tern of interference fringes are deduced and discussed,which are in accordance with the ob-served phenomena in a verification experiment.Meanwhile,the application possibilities of this interference principle in different fields of optical technology are discussed,especially for the field of two dimensional optical micro-displacement sensor.Its subsidiarity to our pedagogical practices about optical interference is emphasized.The content of the teaching research about the equal inclination interference is extended.%依据波动光学关于光的干涉的原理,具体而详细地分析了一种能产生等倾干涉现象的矩形腔干涉装置,推导并讨论了该结构发生等倾干涉的条件及干涉条纹的分布规律.理论推导与实验结果相互印证,文中讨论了这一等倾干涉原理在光学技术的各领域,尤其是在二维微位移光学传感方面的应用前景,并强调了其对光学干涉理论的教学实践与教研内容的扩充与辅助作用.
