As a tool of teaching evaluation, evaluation index system directly determines the scientificity and effectiveness of college students’ evaluation of teaching. There are many problems in traditional teaching system which based on the traditional education idea. The preparation process of student evaluation index system based on student centered is more scientific, and the index system is more flexible. In the development of the students’ teaching evaluation, it is necessary to improve the impact of the people’s value judgment on the evaluation re-sults and make the evaluation system more flexible.%作为教学评价的工具，评教指标体系直接决定了高校学生评教的科学性和有效性，传统学生评教体系基于传统教育理念，存在着一系列问题。“以学生为中心”的学生评教指标体系构建，编制过程更加科学，指标体系更加灵活。在学生评教的发展历程中，还需要进一步改善评教中人的价值判断对结果的影响以及让评价体系更加灵活有弹性。
