在EPC工程总承包模式下，总承包企业在设计、质量保证和成本控制等方面对供应商提出了更高的要求。本文分析了在EPC模式下供应商评价与选择的方法，并运用层次分析法对针对四川电力设计咨询有限责任公司供应商的评价体系中的各项指标体系进行了计算、论证，为总承包企业的供应商评价与选择提供了科学的决策依据。%Under the EPC model, general contractors put forward more stringent requirements on design, quality assurance, and cost control. This article analyzes the suppliers’ evaluation and choices process under the EPC model. Sichuan Electric Power Design and Consulting Co., Ltd adopted Ana-lytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculate and verify various indicators in its supplier evalu-ation system, providing scientiifc decision making base for general contractor in suppliers’ selection and choices.
