多孔生物炭材料/聚乳酸可降解阻燃材料的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,利用白酒糟制备多孔炭材料(CDDGS),利用间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)(RDP)为改性剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备了PLA/R-CDDGS阻燃复合材料.通过热重分析和接触角分析了RDP对CDDGS的热稳定性以及亲水性的影响,结果表明,经RDP改性后的CDDGS接触角增大,改性效果明显,热稳定性能优异;通过力学性能、热重分析、氧指数和垂直燃烧测试以及对残炭的SEM、红外、拉曼和XRD等测试了R-CDDGS对PLA的力学性能、热稳定性以及阻燃性能的影响,结果分析表明,R-CDDGS的添加可提高聚乳酸的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;并且在PLA材料中起到了很好的阻燃作用,对PLA基体有催化成炭的作用.在R-CDDGS添加量为5%时,拉伸性能达到最佳,为76.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为8.68%;当R-CDDGS含量为20wt%时,LOI值为26.5%,燃烧级别为V-2级.%The PLA/R-CDDGS flame retardant composite was prepared by melt blending using the polylactic acid (PLA) as substrate (CDDGS),using distiller to prepare the porous carbon material (CDDGS) and resorcinol bis (diphenyl phosphate) (RDP) as a modifier.The thermal stability and hydrophilicity of R-CDDGS were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and contact angles.The results showed that the contact angle of CDDGS after RDP modification was improved remarkably and the thermal stability was excellent.The effects of R-CDDGS on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardancy of PLA were studied by mechanical properties,thermogravimetric analysis,oxygen index and vertical combustion test and residual carbon was studied by SEM,IR,Raman and XRD.The results showed that the addition of R-CDDGS can improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of polylactic acid,and it plays a very good flame-retardant effect in the PLA material and catalyzes the formation of charcoal into the PLA matrix.When the R-CDDGS content is 5 wt%,the value of tensile strength and elongation at break reaches 76.9 MPa and 8.68%,respectively.When the content of R-CDDGS is 20 wt%,the LOI is 26.5% and achieves a V-2 rating.
