硫脲/乌洛托品复合缓蚀剂对铸铁缓蚀性能的影响研究

         

摘要

借助静态腐蚀失重法研究了硫脲/乌洛托品缓蚀剂的最佳质量比例及在5%盐酸、5%硫酸、5%硝酸溶液中对铸铁挂片的缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,25℃下,硫脲与乌洛托品的质量比为40∶60时,在5%的盐酸、5%的硫酸和5%的硝酸溶液中,分别加入酸洗液含量0.5%、0.4%和0.5%的复合缓蚀剂时,对铸铁材质的缓蚀率可分别达到91.5%、98%和95.3%.铸铁在5%盐酸溶液中的Tafel曲线也表明硫脲/乌洛托品的加入可以抑制盐酸溶液对铸铁表面的腐蚀.%The optimal mass ratio of thiourea/methenamine corrosion inhibitor and its corrosion inhibition capability on cast iron test pieces in different acid solutions namely 5% hydrochloric acid,5% sulfuric acid and 5% nitric acid were studied by static weight loss method.Results showed that when the mass ratio of thiourea and methenamine was 40∶ 60,respectively adding the composite corrosion inhibitor to the three kinds of acid solutions at 25℃,the inhibition efficiency of cast iron were 91.5%,98% and 95.3% respectively in 5% HCl,5% H2SO4 and 5% HNO3 solution.The Tafel curve of cast iron in 5% hydrochloric acid solution also indicated that the addition of thiourea/methenamine could inhibit the corrosion on cast iron surface caused by hydrochloric acid solution.
