合成重金属螯合剂处理镀镍废水的应用研究

         

摘要

以二乙烯三胺、二硫化碳、环氧氯丙烷和氢氧化钠等为原料,合成了一种重金属螯合剂,对其结构和所得螯合物的形貌与组成进行了表征分析,并应用于处理镀镍废水.研究了金属螯合剂在不同pH条件下捕集Ni2+的性能,考察了金属螯合剂加入量对Ni2+残余浓度的影响.结果表明,该螯合剂与Ni2+作用形成的螯合产物结构致密稳定,对Ni2+具有很好的捕集功能,pH在6.5 ~7.5时,Ni2+的去除率可达98.5%以上,当ρ(金属螯合剂)为3.79 g/L时,Ni2+的质量浓度最低为0.45mg/L,显著提高了对镀镍废水的处理效果.%A new heavy metal chelating agent (HMCA) was synthesized using diethylenetriamine (DE-TA), carbon disulfide, epichlorohydrin, sodium hydroxide, etc. as raw materials. Structure, image and compositions of the HMCA were characterized for nickel plating wastewater treatment. Ni2+capturing capability of the chelating agent under deferent pH condition and effects of the chelating agent dosage upon the residual Ni2 + concentration were studied. Results showed that chelation product formed by the chelatng agent and Ni2 + had a dense stable structure and very good capturing function.When pH was between 6.5 and 7.5,the Ni2+ removal efficiency could reach to 98.5% or more. When HMCA dosage was 3.79g/L, the minimum Ni2+ mass concentration was 0. 45mg/L, Thus, treatment effect for the nickel plating wastewater was improved significantly.
