铝及其合金高附着力镀银工艺探讨

         

摘要

The adhesion of silver coatings on base of forging aluminum and high silica casting aluminum were enhanced,and the unstable quality problems in silver plating on aluminum alloy were resolved by improving the exiting zinc dipping process, increasing a pretreatment process and adopting a new multi-component zinc dipping process. The existing questions of silver plating on Al substrates were described and analyzed. The new silver plating technology was employed in the two materials of forging aluminum and high silica casting aluminum,and thermal shock,grinding and tensile tests were separately carried out. Results verified that the adhesive force of silver coatings could be increased by using the new technology.%通过对原浸锌工艺的改进及增加表调工序,采用多元合金化的浸锌工艺,提高了锻铝、高硅铸铝表面镀银层的附着力,解决了铝合金镀银质量不稳定的难题.描述了铝基材上电镀存在的问题及原因分析,针对锻铝和高硅铸铝两种材质采用了不同工艺镀银,分别进行了热震、磨削和拉力试验,验证了新工艺提高了镀银层的附着力.
