水泥窑低温余热发电的参数分析与优化

         

摘要

With the development of economy, the consumption of energy is becoming increasingly severe, Serious challenges have been put forward especially for cement industrial which is one of high energy-consuming industries. In cement production, plenty of middle and low temperature waste heat was emitted into the atmosphere directly that causes enormous environmental pollution and energy waste. Therefore, in view of the new dry cement production system, the low temperature waste heat dual pressure power generating system was designed. Using genetic algorithm different waste heat power generation systems were analyzed, and the high efficiency method was proposed. Optimization parameters the system output were obtained when the power generation efficiency and economic benefits of corresponding power generation system were considered comprehensively. The results indicated that in the case of given parameters, dual pressure system had a maximum generating volume and the coefficient of waste heat power generation was increased as well.%  随着经济的发展,能源消耗日趋严重,尤其是高耗能产业之一的水泥工业,提出了严峻的考验。在水泥生产中,大量中低温余热废气排放到大气中,造成了巨大的环境污染和能源浪费。因此,针对新型干法水泥生产系统设计了低温余热双压发电系统。采用遗传算法对不同的余热发电系统进行分析,提出高效率的方法,对应系统发电效率和经济性的综合考虑,以取系统输出的优化参数。实验分析表明,在给定余热参数的条件下,双压系统具有最大发电量,余热发电系数有所提高。
