The calculation method of foundation bearing capacity specified in new code of practice for foundation is quite different from that in previous code of practice. Based on one gravity caisson breakwater project, the foundation bearing capacity of standard section is calculated as per new code of practice. The calculation results are analyzed to find the design control factors, which are verified to be effective through the deformation observation during the construction.%新版地基规范关于地基承载力的计算较以前版本规范计算方法发生了较大的变化,本文结合某重力式结构沉箱防波堤工程,通过对标准断面地基承载力的计算,分析采用新版地基规范进行地基承载力设计时,应该注意的设计控制因素,并通过施工期变形观测,验证是可行的.
