目的 了解河南省朝觐人群对公共卫生安全知识的认知水平及需求.方法 对2017年在河南国际旅行卫生保健中心体检的397名赴麦加的穆斯林进行现场问卷调查,对所得数据用SPSS21.0进行统计分析.结果 397名调查对象中女性占多数(59.4%),以61～70岁年龄段为主(46.9%),大多数来自于农村(67.3%)且初中以下文化程度占77.8%.调查对象对突发公共卫生事件认知得分为0.65±0.66,对知识的需求较高(97.5%),仅性别对认知水平有影响,男性高于女性(t=2.130,P=0.034).希望以电视和手机为了解健康知识的主要途径.结论 河南省赴麦加穆斯林对朝觐者中的公共卫生安全知识认知水平低但需求高,需要通过电视或手机全面的进行健康教育.关键词突发公共卫生事件朝觐认知水平健康教育途径%Objective To understand the cognition and demand of the knowledge for public health emergency in pilgrims in Henan Province.Methods To investigate 397 Muslims to Mecca from Henan in 2017 with questionnaire and performed statistical analysis with SPSS 21.0.Results Among the 397 respondents,women(59.4%)and 61～70 years old people(46.9%)accounted for the majority,mostly from rural areas(67.3%)and the education level below junior high school(77.8%).The score of cognition on public health emergency was 0.65±0.66 and the demand on it was high(97.5%);Only gender had an impact on cognitive level,with males higher than females(t=2.130,P=0.034).TV and mobile phone were expected to be the main way toacquire health knowledge.Conclusions The cognition of the knowledge for public health safety in Muslims to Mecca fromHenan Province is low but the demandhigh,so a comprehensively health education by TV or mobile phone needed.
