传导干扰下CVT宽频等效电路模型的建模方法

         

摘要

本文提出了一种建立CVT的宽频等效电路模型的方法.首先在国际无线电干扰特别委员会(CISPR)规定的传导干扰的频段内测量了某CVT的S参数,并由S参数计算得CVT的Z参数和H参数,将CVT的Z参数频变特性曲线分割为多个谐振单元;然后将每一个谐振单元都用简单的等效电路表征,每一个谐振单元的RLC元件参数可由该区域内的谐振点和非谐振点的信息求得,将多个谐振单元的等效电路进行串联即可得到整体模型,再利用优化算法得到更加精准的模型;最后在ATP/EMTP软件中搭建了所测量CVT的Z参数等效电路模型,并利用扫频法在0.15~30 MHz频率范围内测量了所建立模型传递参数,将所建模型的传递参数与实际测量到的H参数进行对比,验证了所建模型的准确性.%In this paper, a method for establishing broadband equivalent circuit model of CVT is proposed.Firstly, the parameter S of a CVT is measured in the frequency band of the conducted interference specified by the international radio interference special committee (CISPR).The parameters Z and H of the CVT are obtained by the calculation of parameter S.The frequency characteristic curve of the parameter Z of the CVT is divided into multiple resonant units.Then, each resonant unit is characterized by a simple equivalent circuit.The parameter of RLC element for each resonant unit can be obtained from the information of the resonant and dis-resonant point in the region.The whole model can be obtained by connecting the equivalent circuit of the multiple resonance units in series and the more accurate model is obtained by the use of the optimization algorithm.Finally, the equivalent circuit model for measuring parameter Z of the CVT is set up in the ATP/EMTP software.The transmission parameters of the established model is measured in the frequency range of 0.15~30 MHz by frequency scan method, and accuracy of the established model is verified by comparing the transmission parameter of the established model with the actually measured parameter H.
