Based on Internet technology, in light of building energy conservation industry development in new situation the paper proposed building energy manager solutions to realize the combina⁃tion of physical examination of energy, energy efficiency diagnosis and energy management to construct energy doctor model and energy data case library, and gradually improve the energy evaluation sys⁃tem and support the whole process management of building energy.%针对建筑节能行业发展的新形势，基于互联网技术，提出了建筑能源管家解决方案，实现能源体检、能效诊断和能源治理相结合，构建能源医生模型、能源大数据“病例库”，逐步完善能源评价体系，支撑建筑能源的全过程管理。
